Anna Clark, Author - Sustainability Adviser: Public Relations & Media 
Anna Clark Anna is the author of Green, American Style and the president of EarthPeople, a consulting and communications firm that helps clients save money and bolster their brands through profitable sustainability strategies. EarthPeople is the recipient of the Small Business Commerce Association’s 2009 Best of Business Award in the Marketing/Consulting category. Anna’s ideas on leadership and sustainability have appeared in The Christian Science Monitor, USA Today, Greenbiz.com, FOX Business.com, and Entrepreneur Radio. EarthPeople works with clean-tech startups, Fortune 500 companies, municipalities and non-profits. Clients include organizations such as JCPenney, The City of Austin, Evatran, Northlake College, and The Salvation Army.

Prior to founding EarthPeople, Anna was vice president for a media relations firm. She started her career as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. Anna holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a post-graduate internship at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Buenos Aires before entering the business sector. It was a passion for wildlife and conservation that ultimately led her to use her business acumen as a means of bringing about positive change.

Today, Anna lives with her family in Dallas in one of Texas’ first residences to earn a Platinum LEED - certified rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Keith Dackson, PhD, PE - Technical Advisor: Process Engineering
Keith Dackson, PhD, P.E. Keith is a Senior Chemical Engineer with 24 years of R&D, process, and project experience. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (B.S. 1982, M.S. 1983, Ph.D. 1986), he has spent his career in the polyolefins, electronic materials, biofuels, and polymer finishing sectors. Dr. Dackson has experience in process development, process design, startup and commissioning, process improvement, project management, and technology transfer. He has significant international experience in Italy, Germany, Taiwan, and China as an ex-patriot for one year.

During his career, Keith has gained significant experience in both gas and liquid phase polypropylene processes, gas phase polyethylene processes, highly filled thermoset compounding for the electronic materials industry, biofuels process design, and project management for projects in the range of $10,000 to $10,000,000.

Keith has successfully applied analytical problem solving techniques to determine the root causes of many quality and plant productivity issues, and has participated and led HAZOP and Safety Incident investigations. He also has significant experience in implementing and monitoring of corrective actions to ensure issues do not recur.

In 2006, Keith started Aurora Analytics Engineering Consulting, P.C. In addition to consulting for the Chemicals and Industrial manufacturing sectors, the company delivers continuing education for Professional Engineers and performs project design work. John G. Dzwonczyk, PE, CFPS - Sr. Technical Advisor, Oil and Gas Program

John is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in engineering.  After a career highlighted by numerous positions in the oil industry, he founded JGD Associates, Inc. to serve the downstream marketplace, which quickly became instrumental in the development of 1,100 new-to-industry service stations at Wal-Mart, familiar now as Murphy USA, a dominant force in the areas it markets.  JGD is a widely recognized niche provider for these types of specialty services.  John is also part owner of LeakFinder, Inc., which is a specialty provider of gas detection services for industry.  In 2012, John founded National Gas Company, which intends to be a consolidator among the various and miscellaneous efforts at bringing natural gas into the motor fuels marketplace.  He publishes a newsletter humbly called ‘gas updates,’ whose current count of 123 issues have been aimed at raising consciousness in favor of development of national (and world) natural gas resources, which John believes could ultimately lead to an outbreak of peace.
John holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, Professional Engineering registration in forty-three states, registration as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist by National Fire Protection Association and has been awarded a certificate from Case Western Reserve University in Engineering Management of Technology.  He is family and community-oriented and serves as an elected public official on Avon Lake’s Board of Municipal Utilities, which operates water and sewer utilities including a 50 million gallon-per-day water treatment plant supplying 180,000 people.  He is the holder of a US patent for an environmental device and is the writer of the current edition of PEI RP-100, Recommended Practices for Installation of Underground Liquid Storage Systems, a fundamental standard in the industry.

Wilfred R. Ferch, BSME - Sr. Technical Advisor: Industrial Gases and Air Separation
Wil is principal-Owner at Nordstern Associates, LLC, a manufacturer's rep and consulting company he founded that serves the industrial gas (Air Separation process) industry. He is currently head of North American Marketing/Sales for a Swiss cryogenic pump company as well as serving a USA-based EPC firm that builds large site-erected cryogenic tankage, as a business development consultant. He has over 25 years experience with Praxair Inc in various technical and managerial capacities, some with global reach. He holds a BSME from the State University of New York at Buffalo, holds Six Sigma Green Belt (Project Lead) certification, has been trained as a Project Management Professional (PMP), has led Lean manufacturing workshops, and has background in operational safety, quality, design standards, mechanical equipment specification, and work process procedures. Is fluent in conversational German. His specialty is in cryogenic system design and equipment as used in the industrial gas/air separation industry (tanks, vaporizers, pumps, piping systems) as well as plant-level cooling systems (cooling towers, water treatment, air-cooled-heat-exchangers).
Josh Frisinger, M.Eng, PE - Technical Advisor: Environmental Engineering
Josh Frisinger, M.Eng., P.E. Josh is an associate at Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., an environmental consulting firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. He has 10 years of water and wastewater treatment process design, detailed design, and construction experience working with both small and large clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Josh recently completed a 25 million dollar project to expand the capacity of a north Texas water treatment plant by 15 million gallons per day using microfiltration membranes. Josh participated in the design and was on site as the acting resident project representative during the two year construction. Mr. Frisinger published a paper comparing the dewatering capabilities of a belt filter press versus a centrifuge at two north Texas wastewater treatment plants and spoke on that topic at the 2008 Texas Water Conference.

Mr. Frisinger is a member of the Water Environment Federation of Texas (WEAT) biosolids management knowledge committee.

Josh holds a BSCE from Cornell University and a Master's of Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating at the top of his class. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Grant Harrell, MBA - Business/Commercialization Advisor: Cleantech/Renewable Energy & Nanotechnology
Grant Harrell, MBA Grant currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Greenfield, a Dallas, Texas-based CleanTech and Sustainability project management corporation. Within his Executive role at Greenfield, Mr. Harrell is actively involved in projects encompassing sustainable construction/development management, and CleanTech product development and commercialization.

Prior to his active role at Greenfield, Mr. Harrell served within numerous Executive-level business and corporate development capacities with organizations including: ITN Energy Systems, a Denver, Colorado-based CleanTech and Nanotechnology conglomerate, 21-Century Silicon, a Dallas, Texas-based manufacturer of Photovoltaic-grade Silicon, and Zyvex Corporation, a world leader in Nanotechnology commercialization and product development.

Mr. Harrell holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and an MBA from the University of Texas-Arlington. Mark Hoy, MBA - Technical & Financial Advisor: Oil & Gas 
Mark Hoy, MBA Mark, the Energy CFO, has a 25-year history in finance, primarily in the energy industry. He has worked with and explored a broad spectrum of companies from traditional E&P to coal remediation. Currently, Mark serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Zalco Laboratories, Inc., an environmental testing services and consulting solutions for oil and natural gas producers, pipelines, refiners and processors, hydrocarbon and renewable fuel generators, landfills, and hazardous waste clients.

Mark lives the full spectrum of the business roller coaster from taking a retail company successfully through bankruptcy to arranging a $90 million dollar collateral agreement for a start-up gas marketing operation. All these experiences create the Energy CFO – sharing knowledge and helping others stay informed and ahead of trends and regulations that affect profitability.

Henry Ka, MBA - China and S.E. Asia Advisor: Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas Investment
Prior to joining LEI, Henry served as the Managing Director of Finance for a US based utility scale Solar PV Development Company. Henry is responsible for project financing, procurement and business development efforts. Prior to his commitment to the Solar Industry, Henry spent 11 years as a banker in various capacities. Most recently, he served as Director of UBS’ Asia Desk where he developed the Venture Capital and Private Equity Banking practice under the Wealth Management platform for US domestic and offshore funds with a specialization in funds invested in the Greater China Region and sourcing investment-banking deals for Asia and the Americas.

Prior to UBS, he was in charge of the private equity-banking department at Borel Private Bank & Trust. Other experiences include roles at institutions like Comerica Bank and Morgan Stanley. Henry's past affiliations include Asia Silicon Valley Connection, Mercury Resources Group, and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association.

Mark McHugh - Brazil and South America Advisor: Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas Investments
Mark McHugh Mark is President and CEO of CenAm Energy Partners SA, an independent professional consultancy and investment advisory partnership, focused on the oil and renewable energy industry in Latin America and Africa.

Mark is based in Brazil, where until recently he was Managing Partner for a boutique investment firm. He has an extensive international career in the downstream and midstream oil industry in marketing, sales, strategy consulting, and general management; spending 26 years with Shell and reaching the level of Vice President of Regional Marketing based in the US. He is experienced in leading new business development initiatives, business strategies, M&A initiatives, and managing new business start-ups. He is currently working a pipeline of over $500 million in oil and renewable energy deals and has undertaken a number of market entry studies for international companies into the Brazilian market.

During his time in Shell, Mark worked in the Lubricants, Commercial Fuels, Retail Fuels, Aviation Fuels, LPG, Marine, and Bitumen product segments. He also has worked on Gas & Power Marketing Strategy and in developing a Global Energy Services Business. Mr. McHugh has supported business growth in China, Latin America, North America, Africa, and the Middle East. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

Steve Richardson - Solicitations and Grants Advisor: Renewable Energy
Steve Richardson Steven is Co-Founder of Public Solutions Group, Ltd. As President of Public Solutions Group since 2000, Steve Richardson has built a respected consulting agency that specializes in assisting municipalities and private industries interested in moving their fleets off of diesel and gasoline and onto cleaner fuels and technologies.

Terry Roberts, BSEE - Technical Advisor: Electrical Engineering, Electronics and IT

Terry is President, Seanter, Inc, a consultant company that focus is on energy and IT solutions. Mr. Roberts recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering, ArcAngel Technologies, Inc., which he co-founded, and was responsible for development and testing of an energy controller for integrating in the local grid and automotive conversion kit to convert internal combustible engine (ICE) to all electric vehicle.

Prior to joining ArcAngel Technologies, Terry was the Chief Information Officer for AirGATE Technologies, where he developed numerous RFID products including a down-hole oil exploration tool that utilizes radar over fiber optics to map fractures that contains gas or oil, Child safety seat that detected and alerted the vehicle operator if a child had opened the safety buckle and other unique inventions utilizing RF technology. Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years in engineering, developing, managing and distributing complex technologies to business and government. Mr. Roberts holds a BSEE in Electronic Engineering from University of Massachusetts.

Charles Stone, BS, MBA - Operations Advisor: CNG Fleet and Station Planning and Design

Charles currently serves as Vice President for Market Development and Grant Writer for CNG Energy Partners, LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based Compressed Natural Gas station and vehicle conversion projects corporation.  Within his roles at CNG Energy Partners, Mr. Stone is actively involved in all company projects, from sustainable refueling station design - construction - development to management of retail operations and fleet conversion product development and commercialization as well as all grant application writing and project documentation.

Prior to his active role at CNG Energy Partners, Mr. Stone served within the Texas public school transportation business as a Director of Transportation at two distinctly different school districts; one small with significant equipment issues and the last large with significant student growth issues.  His development of capabilities within each organization resolved their critical issues and established himself as the statewide leader in the use of CNG for school buses.  At Mansfield ISD 42 school buses were either converted to or purchased with a CNG engine.  In addition, 2 separate refueling stations were designed and built to support the fleet sites.  CNG school buses and stations were primarily procured by grant funding.Prior to his school district career, Major Stone was an Officer in the US Army completing a full career in both Transportation and Logistics combat service support.

Mr. Stone holds a BS in Business Administration from Christopher Newport Collage, and an MBA from LeTourneau University.  Professional recognition includes election to the office of President of the Texas Association for Pupil Transportation and eight years of service at various Executive Committee positions as well as President of two different Chapters.
Bert Wank, BSEE - Technical Advisor: Power Conversion and Signal-Processing
Bert Wank BSEE Bert is a 19-year veteran of the power semiconductor industry, where his initiatives resulted in numerous company and industry firsts. An intrapreneur for leading power
semiconductor companies, Bert defined and launched 14 battery and power management semiconductor product lines for Dallas Semiconductor (acquired by Maxim), Burr-Brown (acquired by Texas Instruments), Cirrus Logic and austriamicrosystems, generating over $100M in revenues.

Before starting infiniRel as its founder and Chief Executive, where he raised $132,500 in seed funds during the worst economic downturn, Mr. Wank launched the first highvoltage power converter for austriamicrosystems, a European foundry. At Texas Instruments, he co-architected three and out-licensed four Digital Signal Processing development platforms, including a Power-Line Modem design, which has been the precursor for Smart-meters today. He published 12 technical articles in both English and German and co-authored a widely-cited business article on knowledge supply chain issues in Intellectual Property Management. Bert's prior start-up experience includes the transformation of an Austrian Software Design Services firm, Datasoft AG, into an embedded software middleware company, staging it for 940,000 Euros in private equity investment.
